Terms of Service

By using the watchmy service, you agree to these terms. The service provides tools to create a public profile card page (bio link). Everything you publish in your profile is public and available to any visitor.

1. Registration and account

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. We store passwords as cryptographic hashes.
• You are responsible for actions performed using your account.

2. Content and publicity

• You guarantee that you have the rights to the content you publish and that you do not violate the laws of the Russian Federation or third-party rights.
• Your profile and related content (name, bio, links, media, integrations, etc.) that you publish are public.
• Illegal materials, spam, malware, attempts to bypass restrictions, and abuse of the service are prohibited.
• Extremist content and materials prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation are forbidden. Such content may be removed and accounts may be blocked without notice.
• Pages marked as 18+ are available only after age confirmation (age gate) when opening the page.

3. Integrations and tokens

To operate integrations (Discord/Spotify/Steam/Twitch, etc.), the service may store technical identifiers/tokens with the minimum required permissions. You can disconnect integrations at any time.

4. Paid features

Some features are available via subscription (Premium). Terms and pricing may change; current information is published on the website/in the interface. Payment is processed via payment providers; their rules and requirements also apply. A subscription may renew automatically if explicitly indicated at checkout; you can cancel renewal at any time before the charge date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the law and the provider’s rules; for individual cases, contact support.

5. Liability

• The service is provided “as is”. We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors/outages.
• We are not responsible for data you publish publicly and the consequences of its disclosure to third parties.

6. Blocking and deletion

We may restrict access or remove content/account in case of violations of these terms or legal requirements. You can request account deletion via support.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are to be resolved in accordance with applicable law of the Russian Federation.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you about material changes in the service interface and/or via the email specified in your account no later than a reasonable time before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means acceptance of the updated version.

9. Age restrictions

If the laws of your country require a legal guardian’s consent for minors to register, you must obtain and confirm such consent. We may request age confirmation. Pages marked as 18+ are available only after age confirmation (age gate).

10. Intellectual property and license

Rights to user content belong to its authors. By posting content in the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, cache, reproduce, adapt (technical — resizing/format changes), publicly display, and transmit such content solely to operate the service and display your public page. The license ends when you delete content/account, except for reasonable time needed to remove it from backups and caches.

11. Moderation and content removal

We may moderate, limit display, hide, or remove content that violates these terms or the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as restrict access to an account. Automatic filters may be used. We try to act in good faith but are not required to provide prior notice in cases of severe violations.

12. Notifications

Notifications may be sent via the service interface, Discord/chat messages, push/web notifications, or to the email specified in your account. A message is considered delivered when it is sent to the specified contacts.

13. Third-party resources

The service may contain links to external websites/services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, data processing policies, or security.

14. Term and termination

These terms take effect when you start using the service and remain in force until you delete your account or access is terminated. After termination, we may retain minimal technical logs and backups for a reasonable period as required by law and for security purposes.

15. Pre-trial claims procedure

Before going to court, the parties agree to follow a pre-trial procedure: send a written claim via the contacts listed on the website describing the requirements. Response time is 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the claim.

16. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance caused by force majeure: natural disasters, wars, epidemics, failures of global networks/data centers, regulatory prohibitions, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
